Due to the services and products being custom one-of-a-kind deliverables, I do not offer refunds. You understand the nature of printing, painting, and design model making, that breakage, color shifting, and surface finish irregularities can occur. Therefore, our models and services are delivered 'as-is'. Also be aware that colors may differ from a photograph or computer screen to another. I cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display the correct colors.

If you determine the product or service is faulty within 5 days of receiving the item and believe you are entitled to a refund or replacement please contact us. Do not return the model unless we require you to do so. It is Wiicked Picture Artwork’s discretion if any replacements, adjustments or tweaking will be done at our cost.
